Please note that from September 10th 2020 all ESSENTIALS sales will be commissioned differently from the baseline rates. 

If it is determined that the Publisher traffic is in violation of any of the terms, any future commissions and current open orders from the Publisher will be rejected.

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
Keywords that publishers are prohibited from bidding on for search marketing campaigns include; ssense,, ssense coupon, ssense coupon code, coupon, coupon code, and any variations including misspellings, alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases that include these terms.  PROHIBITED KEYWORDS ARE HERE! Please follow the ads policy and DO NOT violate the program's terms! 


Prohibited SEM Display URL Content
Terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the display URLs of search marketing campaigns. Publishers may not use the brand name or domain name, or any variation, similar terms or misspelling of the brand name, as the display domain in any search advertisement. 

Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the ad copy of their search marketing campaigns. Publishers may not use the brand name or domain name, or any variation, similar terms or misspelling of the  brand name in PPC ad copy without prior approval from 

Direct linking (Use of Display URL)
Publishers are not allowed to link directly to your Web site from their search marketing campaigns.  

Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers
These are additional usage instructions or limitations for search marketing. allows the publishers to bid on keywords that do not have protected keywords as noted above. Please add "ssense", "", and misspellings as negative keywords for your campaigns to avoid broad matching. 

Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Keywords that publishers are prohibited from using in the top-level domain of their website
You may not register any domain name that contains the brand name, misspellings of the brand name or variations of the brand name. 

Prohibited Web Site Content
Keywords or types of content that publishers are prohibited from using in website content or meta-data include; no banner or link provided through the affiliate program dashboard or directly by an affiliate manager of may be distributed through contextual advertising networks such as Google, Facebook or any other advertising platform without advertiser's express written permission. 

Unacceptable Web Sites
Types of website content that will not be accepted into the affiliated program. This includes but is not limited to, any site that promotes or links to content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, harassing or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
