Basics
Email marketing
The dispatch of commercial communication by Zanox is only authorized if the publisher clearly follows the regulations and laws concerning the dispatch of advertising emails in France.
Email marketing requires explicit email authorization by Belvilla.
The overviews must be approved by Belvilla with the Awin Email Approval Tool. With the transmission of an overview the publisher signals that he follows the regulations and laws mentioned above and that he has the prior approval of the recipients.
The publisher is responsible if accused of sending spam or sending commercial promotions without the prior approval of the advertiser.

- For the keywords and variations described above no advertising can be switched. Publishers should therefore ensure that these terms are included as negative keywords in their own SEA-campaigns.
- The keywords and variations described above are not permitted to be used in commercial texts or posters. This applies to titles, lines of text, display URLs, and poster extensions.
- Affiliates / partners are not permitted to post advertisements on search engines which are directly linked to the @Leisure group websites. Advertisements must be directed to an independent website or to a splash site.
- It is not allowed to copy websites (layout and content) of the @Leisure group.
Regulations for discount publishers
Limited acceptance by discount publishers
The promotion must always contain the starting price or the discount. The starting price or reduction specified must correspond to the price indicated on the Belvilla website.
The promotion communicated must be linked to the specific target Belvilla website. A link to the home page is not allowed.
Publishers receive promotions which can be published through the Awin network. Once the promotion has been placed, it must be sent to the Awin network for approval. It is not allowed to publish promotions or discounts on the publisher's own initiative.
The promotion can only be displayed during the pre-defined validity period.
When a promotion is no longer valid, the publisher must immediately remove it from their website. Posting expired promotions on a website is prohibited.
