The commission is calculated on the basic rental price (excl. additional costs, incl. any discounts) as the consumer pays to Belvilla.

Test bookings Belvilla

Belvilla has a special filter for test houses on the website, https://www.belvilla.nl/search/?demo=1, with which you can make test bookings. When booking a test house, you can stop the booking on the confirmation page, the sale will come through, and the order will be deleted that night.

 

Email conditions:

Sending commercial expressions from Admitad is only allowed if the publisher is demonstrably compliant in accordance with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM and the rules of conduct of Admitad. The Admitad Code of Conduct must be signed and in the possession of Admitad Benelux so that it can be transferred at all times at the request of ACM.

  •  Previews must be submitted for approval via the E-mail Approval Tool, which is available via the toolbar “tools” and then “Email campaign approvals”, in the case of an English account it can be found under “Toolbox” then “Email Campaign Approvals”
  •  When submitting a preview, the publisher indicates that it agrees with article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that prior consent has been obtained from all e-mail recipients.
  •  The ad may not be sent until the advertiser has approved the preview and dispatch.
  •  The publisher is responsible for any consequences imposed if they are guilty of sending spam, or sending a commercial expression without the permission of the advertiser.

Basics

In order to be connected to the program you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on social media. Otherwise, the application will be declined. Affiliate Program Restrictions

Email Marketing

  • Sending commercial communications through Zanox is only permitted if the publisher demonstrably complies with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines of the ACM and the Zanox code of conduct for e-mail publishers. The Zanox Code of Conduct must be signed and in the possession of Zanox Benelux so that it can be transferred at the request of ACM.
  • E-mail marketing is only allowed after explicit approval of mailings by Belvilla.
  • Previews must be submitted to Belvilla for approval via the Zanox  Email Approval Tool . When submitting a preview, the Publisher indicates that it complies with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that prior consent has already been obtained from all e-mail recipients.
  • The expression may only be sent if Belvilla has given permission for the preview.
  • The Publisher is responsible for any consequences that they may incur if they are guilty of sending spam or sending a commercial expression without the consent of the advertiser.

SEA
Search engine marketing is allowed, provided that the following terms are not purchased:

  • The keyword Belvilla.
  • Combinations of keywords containing the word Belvilla.
  • The above two points also relate to all possible misspellings of Belvilla.
  • The above three points also relate to the keywords Casamundo, Traum-Ferienwohnungen, Topic Travel, Aan Zee, VillaXL, EuroRelais and Ardennes Relais (other brands of @Leisure Group).

In addition, the following rules apply to search engine marketing:

  • No ads may be shown for the keywords as described above. Therefore, make sure that you have the keywords as described above as negative broad or phrase keywords in your search engine advertising campaigns.
  • You are not allowed to use the keywords described above in your ad texts (title, description lines, URL displayed, Ad extensions).
  • Affiliates/partners may not display search engine advertisements that link/refer directly to the @Leisure Group websites. Advertisements must go through a separate website or splash page.
  • It is not allowed to copy the @Leisure Group websites.

Discount publisher conditions

  • Very limited adoption of discount publishers.
  • A starting price or discount must be stated at all times with the offer. The stated starting price or discount must correspond to the prices on the Belvilla landing page.
  • The communicated action must link to the specific landing page. Linking to the Homepage is not allowed.
  • You will receive the offers that may be placed from the Affiliate network. Once the promotion has been posted, it must go through the network for approval. No other offers may be communicated on your own initiative.
  • The offer may only be shown when it is valid.
  • When a promotion has expired, it must be removed from the site immediately. No expired offers may be placed.

With the Belvilla program you can use a product feed. Exact address details of a holiday home are not included in this feed. This is not without reason. It is therefore not allowed to show address details of the holiday homes.
