Basics

Prohibited ways of promotion shall include, but not be limited to, representations that glorify or promote hate, violence, sexual and pornographic content and illustrations, misleading statements or discriminatory content (e.g. in respect of gender, race, politics, religion, nationality or disability). Such content may neither be mentioned on the Affiliate’s Media or other relevant advertising media, nor may links be created from the Affiliate’s Media or other relevant advertising media to corresponding content on other websites.

Brand Bidding is not allowed. Prohibited usage of brand name, as well as any misspellings and variations: "Bath&BodyWorks" (e.g., "bath works," "bodyandbath", “bathe and body”,”bath body”, etc). 

1. Creatives that are used wrongly and being identified, orders will not be accounted for it
2. Only use advertiser shared creatives.
3. NO misleading Info/banners
4. No SEM Brand Bidding Allowed, nor Pop-up, Pop-unders. (No sales will be counted if that happens.)
5. No tweets using branded hashtags or @Brand Handle/Name 12. Only qualified transactions will be eligible for payment.
6. In case of any fraudulent activity, all the transactions with the codes will be discarded.

Prohibited usage of the brand name + geo/voucher / coupon.  For context/SEM campaigns please use the list of prohibited keywords, anything that contains brand is strongly prohibited.  

It is prohibited to use affiliate links with promo codes' redemption.

The publisher will be immediately disconnected if any violation found.
