Burton – the website
The Burton online store is a top store for the brand and will ultimately become our flagship store. The Burton man likes to shop from home as a result the website is the fastest growth area of the business. Burton.co.uk offers more availability sizing than stores with free returns via post or store service. Special discounts are also offered to specific customer groups like our newsletter subscribers 10% off for Students Cardholders.
In order to be connected to the program, you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on the social media. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.
If you were declined but still believe that you are eligible to work with the program and can showcase your business model, please contact support or your personal manager.
Affiliates may only run PPC when PPC dates have been booked in with Burton. If you have not been given permission to promote via PPC then you should not be running this activity and you could recieve 0% commission until the matter is resolved. This can also only be on brand terms not generic terms.
To avoid broad match issues please include restricted terms as negative keywords in all your PPC campaigns for Burton.
Affiliates are asked not register, lodge or supply with or to any internet search engine or like service the terms "Burton", "Burtons", "Burton Menswear", "www.burton.co.uk", "www.burtonmenswear.co.uk", "Burtonmenswear", "Burtonsmenswear" and any other phrase containing the word "Burton" or confusingly similar names unless otherwise
agreed in writing by Burton. We do not allow Direct linking in any form through search engines and do not permit use of the display URL.
GOOGLE SHOPPING / PLA ACTIVITY
If you wish to run any Google Shopping or PLA activity, please contact us first. Any affiliate seen to run Google Shopping or PLA activity on brand terms without permission could receive 0% CPA until the matter is resloved.
VOUCHER CODE USE
Any voucher codes promoted must be provided through the Burton affiliate programme. We reserve the right to withhold commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Affiliates found to be using unauthorised voucher codes face immediate suspension from the programme.
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Admitad interface. In order to prevent out of date content, affiliates may not hardcode the creative into their sites.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will receive a warning and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Continuous infringement of these terms will result in suspension.
