Da-Direkt DE Affiliate Program

Basics

In order to be connected to the program you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on social media. Otherwise, the application will be declined. If you were declined but think you are eligible to work with the program and can showcase your business model, please drop us an email at d.bogdanovych@admitad.com so that we can discuss it further.

Only partner websites that do not have any of the following reasons for exclusion are admitted to the DA Direkt partner program:

Websites that violate criminal law regulations, in particular §§ 184 ff. StGB (distribution of pornographic writings), §§ 86 f. StGB (dissemination of propaganda material by unconstitutional organizations), § 111 StGB (public invitation to criminal offenses), § 126 StGB ( Threat of criminal offenses), § 130 StGB (sedition), § 130a (instructions on criminal offenses) or § 131 StGB (representation of violence).
Website with content that violates common decency and applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
Websites that are "under construction" or unavailable or that have longer-than-average loading times.
Websites that design a website or pages within websites in such a way that there is a risk of confusion with the DA Direkt website (integration via i-frame).
Websites with a prompt or mandatory click. Automated and misleading redirects to the DA Direkt website are not permitted.
Websites that operate online lotteries on your part with and without money (e.g. casinos, online games, etc.).
The use of post view tracking or the booking of post view campaigns on other sites is only permitted after prior request and written permission from DA Direkt.
Websites that do not have a complete legal notice, the content of which is not written in German or does not have an appealing website design.
DA Direkt reserves the right to review the above-mentioned criteria before concluding the contract with the publisher, but also at any time during the contractual relationship, and to reject the conclusion of the contract or to terminate the contract without notice if the publisher's website does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.

SEA (search engine advertising):

In search engines or similar services (e.g. Google, Yahoo) it is prohibited to post ads with keywords based on the DA Direkt brand. Neither the brand DA Direkt nor related or incorrect spellings or terms that can be traced back to the brand DA Direkt may be used as a keyword. Furthermore, direct links to the DA Direkt website are not permitted. The use of the DA Direkt brand and incorrect spelling in the advertising text or in the display URL is also not permitted. Any violation will result in cancellation of the generated commissions and immediate exclusion from the DA Direkt partner program. In addition, the program operator reserves the right to take legal action.

Use of advertising material:

All advertising material used in the affiliate program is protected by copyright. Use is only permitted for use within the framework of the partner program. Changes to texts or images or even your own advertising statements are not permitted. Manipulation of the advertising material or its incorrect use will lead to the partner being excluded from the partner program. In addition, the program operator reserves the right to take legal action.

The DA Direkt advertising material available for selection may not be copied, but only integrated into your own website in the form of the specified code. No separate tracking link may be stored. In addition, the advertising material is only approved for use on the online portals that have been confirmed by DA Direkt's affiliate management. Offline measures with the advertising material provided are not permitted.

Offline campaigns and / or measures that go beyond classic affiliate marketing require the prior written approval of DA Direkt.
 

Email Marketing:

If the partner uses email advertising, the following also applies:
The partner may not set up the sender address and the content of his e-mails in such a way that the recipient has the impression that the sender of the e-mail is DA Direkt. When sending newsletters and / or e-mail advertising, the express consent of DA Direkt must also be obtained.
