Checkdomain DE Affiliate Program

Basics

In order to be connected to the program you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on social media. Otherwise, the application will be declined. If you were declined but think you are eligible to work with the program and can showcase your business model, please drop us an email at d.bogdanovych@admitad.com so that we can discuss it further.

Our conditions for a stable relationship:

1. Participation / Account

1.1. By registering with complete and correct information, as well as the URL of a retrievable website that can be accessed without logging in, the partner receives an account to participate in the checkdomain partner program.

1.2. checkdomain does not accept partners whose websites contain extremist content that violates the rights of third parties or otherwise violates applicable law. Also excluded are websites with compulsory clicks (e.g. for sending faxes), donation clicks or paid-for-action sites. checkdomain reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration at its own discretion.

2. Rights / Obligations

2.1. There is no employment, sales representative or employment relationship between the affiliate and checkdomain. The partner is not entitled to pretend to be an employee, representative or agent of checkdomain, to act on behalf of checkdomain or to accept or make statements on behalf of checkdomain. Mediated contracts are concluded exclusively between the mediated customer and checkdomain. There is no contractual relationship between the affiliate and the customer.

2.2. The affiliate is also not entitled to use so-called typo domains (domain name that represents the typo of a popular domain to "catch" visitors) that refer to "checkdomain" or to design its website in such a way that there is a risk of confusion regarding the identity of the affiliate with checkdomain GmbH.

3. Tracking / Compensation

3.1. checkdomain will grant compensation at its own discretion if a valid user clicks on the tracking link on the affiliate's website in accordance with the following provisions and a valid sale is then triggered. A click is valid if a user voluntarily and consciously clicks on an affiliate link and thereby gets to the checkdomain website.

3.2. A tracking cookie may only be set by a valid click on an affiliate link, provided the user's browser settings allow this. Warning: Clicks and sales cannot be properly counted and accounted for if cookies are disabled on the user's client. A commission cannot be paid in this case. The affiliate is not permitted to post-view tracking.

3.3. The following applies to coupon publishers: A commission is only paid on transactions in which a coupon coordinated with and approved by the affiliate was used.

3.4. A sale is valid if a user voluntarily and consciously places an order for a product on the checkdomain website immediately or within the 30 days following a valid click (= runtime of the tracking cookie) and

a contract for the product comes into effect,
the customer data given when ordering is valid (so-called fake order)
the contract is not revoked or canceled and
the first invoice is paid by the customer.
Remuneration will also not be granted for a sale that is valid under these conditions if

the customer / orderer and the affiliate are the same person (naturally or legally),
the sale was triggered by coercion, deception or solely to generate commission,
the partner influences the setting of the checkdomain tracking cookie in such a way that it is only set due to the installation or use of a program such as a plugin, add-on, browser toolbar or similar,
the sale is otherwise attributable to visitors who are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions (e.g. Adwords traffic, cookie dropping, etc.)
If there are indications that one of the reasons for exclusion mentioned here exists, checkdomain reserves the right not to pay out the corresponding commission until the facts have been clarified.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1. checkdomain reserves the right to change or discontinue the partner program without separate notification. Commissions already earned at the time of the change or discontinuation will of course be settled in accordance with the regulations in force up to that point. A change or discontinuation of the partner program does not affect the contractual relationship between checkdomain and the acquired customer.

4.2. All information that the affiliate receives through participation in the checkdomain partner program, in particular price and marketing information, as well as the agreements made within the framework of this partnership, must be treated confidentially.
