In order to be connected to the program you are required to have a working website with good performance and a decent amount of traffic, or a proven community on social media. Otherwise, the application will be declined. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY, THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BeeDIGITAL
BY APPLYING ONLINE THROUGH THE ADMITAD PLATFORM YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE COMPLEMENTARY TO THE GENERAL TERMS OF THE ADMITAD NETWORK THAT AFFILIATES ACCEPT WHEN REGISTERING WITHIN THE NETWORK AND WHICH CAN BE CONSULTED
1. INTRODUCTION
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply when you become an affiliate of the BeeDIGITAL program. The purpose of this agreement is to allow you to place affiliate links between your website and the BeeDIGITAL website. In this agreement “we” “our” “us” refers to BeeDIGITAL and “you” or “your” refers to the affiliate.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE AFFILIATES
To begin the enrollment process, you will need to complete and submit an online application through ADMITAD. Even if you are automatically accepted, we reserve the right to re-evaluate your application at any time. We may deny your application and participation in the program in our sole discretion. We may cancel your application and participation if we determine that your site is not suitable for our program, including if:
Promotes sexual material
Promotes or incites violence
Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other type of discrimination.
Promotes illegal activities.
Promote gambling.
Incorporates any type of material that infringes or helps others to infringe any copyright, trademark or any intellectual property right.
Include BeeDIGITAL or any other variation or misspelling in your domain.
Any form or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, racial, ethnic, or otherwise unacceptable to us in our sole discretion.
Contains downloadable software that could potentially distort the allocation of commissions within our program.
It is determined that a website or other website operated by you has been created or designed in a way that could lead users to believe that you are BeeDIGITAL or belong in any way to the company.
As a member of the BeeDIGITAL affiliate program you will have access to an affiliate manager and the ADMITAD platform. Here you can review the details of our program, receive informative emails about the affiliate program, access links and creatives for affiliates (banners) or any other creative made available through the ADMITAD platform. In order to accurately measure the visits received from your site, you must always use the tracking code that we provide you for each banner, textlink or any link that we provide you.
As an affiliate participating in the BeeDIGITAL program, you can only make use of the materials made available through ADMITAD. Affiliates cannot create their own materials to promote the BeeDIGITAL brand, without its explicit consent, through our program email
BeeDIGITAL reserves the right, at any time, to review the location where the advertising is located and to approve the use of your links. In addition, any changes in the form of advertising or location may be required to comply with the rules of this agreement.
The maintenance and updating of your site is your entire responsibility. We may monitor your website to ensure that the content is accurate and up-to-date and we will notify you of any changes that we believe may improve your performance. Any requested change related to an error in the conditions or information about the products and services offered by BeeDIGITAL must be made within 24 hours of receiving said notification.
It is your entire responsibility to follow and comply with any intellectual property legislation or any other current law that may affect your activity. You must have express consent to use any copyrighted or third party material whether it is an image, text or any other work. We will not be responsible if you use any material protected by copyright or intellectual property.
