Otherwise, the application will be declined. Websites containing immoral, pornographic, youth endangering or violence-glorifying materials are excluded from the participation in our Affiliate Program. Violations of these principals will render any commission claims void, additionally we reserve further legal actions in these cases.
Also, we presuppose a valid legal notice on your website, with which you are participating in our Affiliate Program. The resale of our advertising materials and the use of so-called "forced clicks" on the participating website, as well as advertising in newsletters and e-mail marketing, is prohibited. Furthermore it is prohibited to place sponsored ads on search engines such as Google and Yahoo Search Marketing with the visible URL, destination URL of the the ALTERNATE webshop or a direct forwarding (redirect) to switch to the ALTERNATE webshop.
