The placement of Adwords ads on Google or ads on other providers is generally permitted, but the terms Quelle.ch and Quelle may not be used by the partner, including in connection with other words or incorrect spellings (“typos”). Furthermore, the URL www.quelle.ch and all subdomains may not be used as a display URL or in the headline of the ad. Direct forwarding to www.quelle.ch is prohibited.
Also in view of the current judgment of the BGH on trademark protection law for Adwords and the changed trademark regulations of Google, we would like to point out that booking in to brand keywords ("brand bidding") for the Quelle partner program is still not permitted.
Websites of operators who work with the principle of "compulsory click" are not included or can be excluded from the program.
