Die APRICOT GmbH mit ihrem Online-Shop "apricot-beauty.com“ (nachfolgend APRICOT genannt) behält sich vor, das Partnerprogramm gemäß der angegeben Fristen zu ändern, einzustellen oder einzelne Teilnehmer nach einer Benachrichtigung per E-Mail von der Teilnahme am Partnerprogramm auszuschließen.
Welche Websites dürfen an unserem APRICOT-Partnerprogramm teilnehmen?
Websites, die an dem APRICOT-Partnerprogramm teilnehmen möchten, müssen ein Impressum inkl. V.i.S.d. § 5 TMG enthalten. Websites mit rechtswidrigen, gewaltverherrlichenden und erotischen Inhalten sind von der Teilnahme an unserem Partnerprogramm ausgeschlossen. Bei Verstößen durch angemeldete Partner entfällt deren Provisionsanspruch. Weitere rechtliche Schritte behalten wir uns in diesem Falle vor. Ausgeschlossen von der Teilnahme am APRICOT-Partnerprogramm sind auch Websites, auf denen unsere Werbemittel für so genannte "forced clicks" eingesetzt werden oder die unsere Werbemittel weiterverkaufen wollen.
