What is "Novakid"?

Novakid - is an online school in which children learn English with people for whom it is native or second native. Our sensational interactive education program for children aged 4 to 12 with different levels of English is based on the experience of teachers and methodologists. Classes in Novakid are carried out on a special educational platform.

For all lectors, English is the mother tongue or the second language, the teachers' certificate and 3 years of experience in working with children, including online.

Transaction approval and rejection rules:

Confirmed test lesson - this type of transaction will be approved by the advertiser only if the client fill the form on the Novakid website, after which the manager from the Novakid website will call the client to receive confirmation from the client whether he will be in the test lesson. If the client confirms it and comes to the lesson, and this lesson was spent, then the transaction will be approved. 
Also, if the customer does not answer the call when a manager from Novakid calls him, the advertiser leaves the transaction without status (on hold) to call the client again sometime, and accept or reject the transaction.
If the manager has not reached the client for several attempts, the transaction will be rejected.

Paid course - transactions of this type will only be approved if the customer buys one of the lesson courses.
